Looking for someone to document your story in a way that feels 100% like you?
No more awkward poses & matching outfits.
You need someone who is genuinely invested in capturing the sincere stories of significant moments and in-between emotions.
It really just comes back to documenting the way you felt.
So if you desire epic adventures, have a laid-back and creative style and don’t like conforming to traditional standards — then I’m your girl!
HEY YOU!
I’m Anneri, and since my dad gave me my first little red film camera 20 years ago, I have been quite the photo-obsessed human.
It’s always been photography for me, since dreaming of becoming a photojournalist for Nat Geo (combining my love of travel & photos!) up until wanting to make the ‘everyday’ epic for people like you, my love and passion for this craft has never diminished.
I started out by obtaining my BCom degree and then, not being able to resist my first love any longer, I continued my studies in photography. It’s been the best decision as I’ve been oh-so-happily shooting weddings for the past 9 years.
There are two things that truly make me come alive - my humans and my love for travel. Photography allows me to capture both.
Getting married to my favourite human and growing our family unit with two littles has really shifted my perspective and made me fall in love with photography in a completely new way. It has made me focus so much more on the potential stories that can be told when you look past the obvious photo ops.
I see my daughter choosing her own (very mismatched) outfits and parading around the house, my baby boy’s toothy grin just as he’s about to do something mischievous, the interactions between the two of them and my darling husband. It is instances like these that make me realize it’s not the “insta-worthy” moments that are my favourite to capture, but rather the ones that tell a story and will remind me of this moment in life for years to come.
Add to this the privilege of combining my love for travel & photography — and this girl has one very happy heart! So whether you’re getting married on a mountain peak in the Drakensberg or a small winery in the south of France, don’t hesitate to contact me - travel is my jam! (Want to see some of the places I’ve been? Just keep on scrolling!)
I only take on a limited number of weddings per year - ensuring you get all the goodness and attention to detail you deserve. It's not about capturing as many weddings as possible but rather about making genuine connections and investing in the journey well beyond your vows.
Getting to document a couple as they enter such a sacred covenant makes my world go around.

FEATURED IN
"If happiness is the goal - and it should be, then adventures should be a priority."
- Richard Branson
As mentioned above, travel sets my soul on fire and I’ve been to over 30 countries (can you say itchy feet?). Covid sure has changed the travel space, but as we’re slowly edging towards a semblance of normal again I’m so excited for the travels that lie ahead.
The prospect of travelling internationally with our children also excites me and scares me in almost equal measure so if you have any tips for travelling with kids send them my way ;)
I’ve photographed couples in the UK, France, Vietnam, Finland, Portugal, Greece, the Netherlands, Hungary and Spain and I would LOVE to grow that list. My bucketlist destinations for weddings would have to be:
Iceland
Morocco
Italy
India
Norway
So if you’re getting married there pop me a message, my traveller heart will give you an epic deal - promise!
